• attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
• transmit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, or threatening content;
• host content promoting violence, terrorism, or illegal activities;
• send unsolicited bulk communications or spam; or
• misrepresent identity, affiliation, or authorization.

Noxbyte may suspend or terminate access to any account that violates this Policy.

Violations may result in immediate suspension without notice when necessary to protect the Services, customers, or third parties.
